"Low stress training", or LST is when you tie the plant back to bend it. Continue to LST and the canopy is expanded, but the plant will grow shorter. It's a good trick to maximize sub-optimal grow spaces. At this point though, even "Low stress" training would be too much stress. Proper LSTing should be done in the vegetative state. Doing it now would pain the plant, and possibly cause it to hermie. If possible, I'd look into putting the plant outside (weather permitting in your locale). If not, I would try to make more vertical room available. If I can do neither of these, I MIGHT consider slight LST. If you're unfamilar with LST, you have a lot to learn from
