My Plants are getting to tall in flower what can i do??

hi guys i think i've let my plants veg to long in my tent as there about 18" maby 20" away from the limet hight i can lift my light to, they been in flower since 21st nov so got a fair way to go, is there anything i can do?? is there a way to bend them or do you think they wont grow another 18" there around 4 foot high now

if you are worried pull branches down that will shorten them up for a week or so

not sure what you mean by pull them down mate?? how would i do that this is my 1st grow...cheers

just take some yarn and tie to branches and pull down towards the ground to flatten the canopy.

but do it in incraments dont just go crazy pulling also make sure and water the plant at least 10 hours before so the stems can be more flexable to avoid breakage
