Yo what up peeps. I'm in week 7 of vegg, I'm growing outdoor in 2gal pots. i watered 3 days ago. no rain in a while Humidity around 40% temps 65-70 during the day and 50-55 at night. i checked on the girls around 2:00 pm today and the leaves were slightly weeping at the jagged tips. I trimed off the single jagged leaf set at the bottom of the plant yesterday like i always due around this time of vegg and the 1/4 inch stem nubs i left were weeping as they always due you can see in the pic, the weeping at the stalk and the weeping on the leaf tips. Is it normal for the leaves to weep like this i have been doing the outdoor thing for a while but this is the first time in Eastern Europe so is this normal.

You may be overwatering... wait til soil is pretty much dry before adding anymore water.

And when you do add water, make sure you thoroughly water your plant til water slightly trickles out of the drainage holes at the bottom of your container.

Also, not sure how much food your giving her.

But, excess nitrogen will make the leaf tips curl down, sometimes called the "claw".

So there ya are... either overwatering, or too much food.

Normally, plants like food after 2 waterings.. water, water, food.

Ease up...remember in the grow scene "less is more"

Best of luck :)

Well, you might wanna be careful using stray feeding formula's.. or mixtures.

I would reccomend these ferts for soil>> Its called the dynamic Duo. >>Link http://www.jacksclassic.com/dynamic_duo.html

Best soil ferts Ive came across in over a decade, and I experiment all the time.

Ive used these ferts and got almost 5 oz's from one plant.

You get these ferts, and you will be a very happy Man..guaranteed. :)

Good luck to ya!! :)

its not nitro burn or the ends would be turning crispy and curling. yours realy are not curling at all from what i can tell they just are going a little limp at the ends? do they recieve enough light. some plants always have leaves like this epecialy when they get long leaflets on them. i wouldnt worry unless they turn colors or get crispy, spotty or something other than green. from the one pic id say it is not any problem but its only one pic. what is the water from it comes out the leave like that? if so that does not sound right, sound impossible unless its cut. or is it dew.

Its Deff not Dew the pic was taken at around 230 pm and i checked all 15 plants for any evidence of this occouring any where eles and, this was the only one, and its only on the jagged tips this was the only pic where is showed up really good but it was like this on numous spots on the plant. I have been doing the OD thing for about 8 years and i have never seen a plant Cry like this. weird.

Yeah i had an old jamaican show me the right mix years ago when i lived in mo bay so i have stuck with it. I use about 10 15 grams of dry chicken shit put it in a ltr. bottle and let it sit open for about a week so it can degas. then i use 4 other 1ltr bottles and fill them 3 to 1 with water. and that mix will last me damn near the whole season. iv'e just never seen leaves weep water like this unless they have been cut or damaged.

its probably moistre on the underside ov the leave from the night before and its runing underneath then of the tips and its weighing the tips down so they look droopy with the weight of the dripper....

thats my explination i dont think leaves would just weep......

Perhaps it's a girl going through puberty. It can be a very emotional time man, be sensitive ;-)

jk, I actually agree with Jokero11, it probably is just moisture from the underside of the leaf trickling slowly down to the tips

Yeah i didnt think about that. but only on the one plant???..thats whats got me a little wigged. and when i touched it, its as if it wasnt water at all. it clung to my finger and stringed away from the plant like it had a thicker viscosity than water. IDK man.

If you think it's some other liquid than just water, if it happens again, why don't you give it a taste? Experiment to see what it actually is and then let us know what you're findings are and we can help you along the way

I'm interested to find out what that is man

let the soil dry out at least 1/3 of the way down next time before you water it, looks like classic over watering to me, those roots need oxygen! also if they stay wet for 2 long the roots will start to rot and kill the plant.
