My plants aren't growing as big as they should/ Discoloring

I'm on day 29 of flowering my plants aren't looking as big as I feel they should, and I'm having some discoloring????
I am doing 11 in a 5 by 5 with 4 100watt on each corner, 300watt, 1000watt in middle

Still got a ways to go and the buds will swell as they go.....however they could also be stretching like that because not enough light for them.
 
What is the actual wattage of your lights, the draw from the wall, not the "equivalent" numbers? They are stretching.

Ph , ec , would help . Think they could do with a good feed by the looks of it but without more info , ppl will be just guessing
 
Every watering I do I also check pH level and there always at 6.0 /6.5 but when I was retrieving the water that already flushed through the plant the phone is now testing at pH of 5.0
 
And also thank you all who gave me your opinions I wasn't exactly sure what's going on I just did a feeding when I took those pictures
 
I am thinking the light as well, thats a lot of stretching, but sometimes its the strain. Also something i do as time goes on, is add more dirt to level off the planters. I dont know if it really effects the plant noticeably or not, but i try to cover exposed rootsCapture+_2020-12-01-19-44-59-1.png
