My plants grow wierd!

Hey everyone!

My 3 weeks old plants has all grown diffrent, 2 of them grow like in 45 degrees and 1 of them grow very slow so the leaves are laying on the soil.

Can it be bad genes or am i just a total noob at this? ^^

i use plant it dirt pots (2,2 gallon) and a soil less mix with perlite, supernatural brand nutri.
i also grow in a tent whit 400w HPS in a cooltube whit good fans, about 30% humidity.
i grow northern light feminized bought from weedseedshop.

I'd go ahead and take off the lowest 3 tip leaves in pic 1. They can go without harming plant at all as they have already served their purpose and will die soon anyway.

The plants growing on an angle may be going to the light if it is off to the side a little. It is not a problem to stake them up if it is bugging you.
