my small outdoor grow this year

Just growing some bullshark i already topped it so its growin good for being organic and only amonth old i just want to keep it a foot or alil under a foot tall if anyone knows how to do that plz give me some advice

to keep them small do lots of topping and lst them (i use wire hooks)
