was up hey i plant my seeds and then like 2 or 3 days later i see the sprout but it is all dryed up..does anyone know why?

i did keep it moist i used one of those windex sprayers i just washed it good then put water in it..would it be better if i started my plant in a smalll cup then transplant it later when it gets a bit bigger

maybe u had a premature or defective seed

this is how my seed looks right now i put it about 1/2 down but now it looks like if the seed is laying there is this normal??

u should put it down about 1/4 in....
how long was it there?
look like it could be more moist....
did u just dig it up?

it was there a day..no the thing is that when i looked at it yesterday i didnt see anything then when i look a while ago it looked like if the seed was just sitting there...i germinated the seed and that little white thing was long

it would usually take a couple days for the seed to sprout from the soil after being germinted.....
it doesnt look like u kept it moist....which is the key,along with warmness

give it some time i had one sprout with the shell on it...i gave it a few days came back and the shell was gone...

If it's dried up, then it needs more water.

You can't say it's dried up and then turn around and say it's moist. It's one or the other, it can't be both.

I think you used the term little white thing to describe a root. yes they are called roots, ok your sprout is going to be ok just keep your soil lightly damp let it do its thing and if it dies ohwell sprout another one, if its laying down its not necessarily dead it just hasn't stood up yet it will get there just give it time sit back relax smoke a doob k? peace
