My Third Question.

how do i stop my mildew? i'm on a rotating crop set-up. constant flower. the mildew only shows up on the plants that are in their last 2 weeks. when the resins get piled up the mildew forms under it. i use peroxide to kill it on spot, but i want it gone for good. i burned sulfur and stopped it for awhile but that is not an option now due to flowering. my temp is 81 and my humidity is below 40, usually the low 30s. is there some other way to kill mildew? did i hear of a predator mildew? or am i high?

You may want to wipe down your walls/floors with a bleach solution. More airflow, I'd suggest using Neem oil instead of sulphur though, its good for mildew, and kills mites....two for the price of one.
Also, make sure to clean up your grow room for any old leaves. if you can add some more light, that wouldnt hurt either. Even simple fluros can help prevent the spread of mildew, as they have a higher range of UV rays.

Are you sure a sulpher burner wouldnt be "ok" during flowering if placed right?

i'm thinking maybe airflow. i only have 2 4" fans and my exhaust fan. the mildew starts down low in the corners of the room. it obviously appears where the dead air is.

rotating gardens are tricky.

i still think i've heard of a predator fungus.

I thought powdery mildew was a predator fungus! It sure is a bitch to get rid of, especially in your situation. Late in flowering is when it shows up, but it is there most of the time. The trick is to treat the plants regularly, even when there is no evidence of it.

Even late in flowering, using sulfur vaporizers can help save a crop, I've just sprayed the plants with water really well right before harvest.

I remember 10 years ago when the NorCal growers were complaining that the federal government purposefully planted the mildew fungus there to help erradicate marijuana, much like the paraquat stories. I never had it here until I imported some new cuttings from Oakland. It took me over a year to get rid of it, cost me thousands in damaged bud.

i've been told i can't use sulfur during last last weeks of flowering. it leaves residue on the buds.
i did some fan work and got the air moving better. i will still add at least 1 more fan. i have some moisture on my floor i could clean up also.
i've been spraying with straight peroxide on troubled spots. works very well.

looks like you're growing in dirt? where does the extra water from watering go? do you empty it out or does it just sit?

you had to ask. i'm embarrassed to tell. i have plastic on the floor. it drains to the corner of that. then i cut a little hole where it drains out to the wall. then there is a nice big gap in the wall where it drains into the ground. it is an old horse barn that has been sheet rocked and cleaned up. i'm thinking i should do something about that.

lol well i wonder why you have mold in your grow room you can micky mouse something fairly easy to have em all in some kinda drain pan and then drain into one pipe that just goes out that hole just use lots of COCK to seal it up so it doesnt drip anywhere

my rooms 3x3 and my plants are up on grading. i was thinking about get a 3x3 tub and putting it all in that but the prices are silly for a plastic bin. i like your drain idea i think i will use that.
