does anyone use mylar anymore or does everyone use white paint ? back about 25 years ago u had to have mylar lol but now a days none of my friends use it ...and has anyone used the 6 mill mylar when I used mylar 25 years ago it was paper thin

I would suggest using panda film. white paint and Mylar both work but they don't work as well as panda film.

forgot all about that stuff I have a little bit of that on my floor and that's thick stuff for sure

Is there any difference between these thermal mylar blankets and normal mylar sheets? I see the blankets cost much less than sheets.

Hate Mylar, just go with paint. There is a difference in reflection but after the Mylar gets dirty that’s gone

I use flat white paint. It's cheap, durable, won't create hotspots or catch on fire.
