Mylar/panda film in Aus?

I want to avoid the online and ebay hydro shops like ozponics and all as the delivery will cost just as much as my purchases. I've called up a few local hardware shops and they all have no idea what mylar or panda film is..

Any Aus growers with any tips on where to find these?

Well panda film I believe is simply based on the premise of white reflecting light so basically just white paint on the walls or paint a tarp would be about the same. Also atleast in America safety blankets (Space blankets) are made of mostly Mylar and sold on most outdoor stores. Don't know of any direct places to buy them though since I live a few across the seas.

I'm in aus (melb)...my local hydro shop stocks mylar.... but the double sided black and white plastic is only 20% less effective than mylar and every hydro shop would stock that
