N-P-K and ppm for soil

What ppm in those categories in the soil would you shoot for? I got a soil test done and need to know what to aim for for next year. Any help would be great or if you could point me in the right direction.

You need to post up the soil test results otherwise no one will be able to tell what you are lacking and need to adjust in your mix.
