natural drooping?

my babies are like 3 weeks old and when its "night time" for the babies are they suppose to have a natural droop or are they always suppose to stay real perky, i might be over watering, i flood 2 times aday and its in rockwool and the rockwools in floc aka pretty much cut up rockwool in to little squares, and they hold a shit load of water like the rockwool, help me please

Yeah, it's natural for them to droop at night... so long as they rise again the next morning you should feel fine.

Although i will add that 24/0 is best for fast growth and maturity in veg'...
