Natural outdoor grow question

So this is my first outdoor grow and i am not giving them any nutrients actually nothing at all.. All natural grow and doing quit well!!

Will the buds turn out to be as good not using anything?

They will turn out, just not as good as they could have. Think about a starving kid whos all skinny and shit.....then think about a jock kid who eats raw eggs and works out. that'll be the diff in your bud!!! hope that helps.

I still have about 4 weeks till harvest.. What can I give the girls at this point to make them better?

A tbl spoon of Molasses in a gallon of water, or a few drops of some liquid inddor plant food in a spray bottle and give it a few squirts for about 2 weeks then only water for a week and then no water last week, to aid in the drying proccess. This is what I would probly do although others may dissagree. check out my grow pics!
