Near death at beginning of flowering phase

I don't know a whole lot about growing marijuana, so I can't figure out what is wrong with these plants. My plants used to be nice and green and healthy but began to die off after they started to flower. I revived them, replanted them, and am currently trying to promote vegetative growth. The plants were recouping well up until two days ago when the leaves started to die off again.

I am currently using Grow More 20/20/20 diluted to ¼ tsp per gallon of water to promote vegetative growth (again). I’m a beginner for the most part so I don’t really know where to go from here. Should I be using a flowering stage solution or a growth phase? 12 hours of light or 24? Should I be using MH to regrow them? Or is there some other reason my plants are dying off? Any help is appreciated, I have no clue what I should be doing for them right now. My poor girls....

Indoor grow box, flat white paint, 8' by 6' by 6.5'
Good ventilation and temp stays around 70 - 80 degrees F.
400 watt MH hortilux
4 parts topsoil (Supersoil), 1 part peat moss, 1 part vermiculite, 1 part perlite, sulfate
Grow More 20/20/20 diluted to ¼ per gallon of lukewarm water.

2- Bubba Kush
1- Dogshit
1- G-13
1- Tahoe OG
1- Sour Diesel

I'm honestly at a loss here, while I'm a beginner myself I'm closely related to someone that's been growing for years, and never seen the exact like of that. I don't think flowering time is a good time for a replant though, this is hopefully stress induced (from replanting) which means just calm proper care should allow them to come back. They really look almost baked and crispy in the pictures there.

Ouch bro. They look terrible. How often have you been watering? What's your temperature, humidity, pH, ventilation like?

MH is great for vegging and can be used for flower. Go with 18/6 right now and try to re-veg them, and when you are ready to flower, switch the lights to 12/12. Are you going to continue giving the same nutrients throughout?

You should probably just start over.

Each still has plenty of green on it and they all have new growth coming in from the past few days so I am confident I can bring them back even though they do look terrible. I have honestly done more with less. So I should just go through the veg stage again and act like they never even began to flower?

Ph is around 6.9 and I've been doing 12/12
Box is huge and vents into a huge well ventilated garage, and grow light vents out from above
I use Grow More 20/20/20 diluted to ¼ per gallon of lukewarm water for the veg stage.
I water when the soil is dry a few inches down, usually every 2 or 3 days, i feed them every other watering

well thats good you have new growth, if your running your lights at 12/12 then your still trying to flower them, switch the lights to 24 or 18/6 whatever you prefer. i would pick all the dry and crispy leaves off too and maybe flush it with purified water
