Need a Grow Room, Any Ideas???

Hey rip community,
So here's my situation. I'm 19 years old working part-time and going to college full time. I still live with my parents and depend on them for food, utilities so and so.....In my closet I currently have a small cfl grow box. I mean really small (2ft h x 1ft w x 1 1/2ft L). Anyways, I have my medicinal marijuana card and I would like to grow bigger. I was thinking a 4x4 tent with a 400w HPS for 3-4 plants. I'm 100% certain my parents wont let me have this in the house so as I see it my only options are guerilla growing, or renting a place and setting my grow show up in the rented space. The problem with guerilla growing is that its not only illegal but I won't be able to grow weed year round. As for the rented space, it would have to be an apartment or a house which is fine but cost's a lot of $$$ for someone who doesn't make that much to begin with, and i'll have to deal with the landlord (not that big of a deal.) Anyways, my question, Is there some sort of space I can rent that has electricity and is pretty cheap? (i.e. storage room, business building ...idk) Is this possible at all or completely futile? Your thoughts, comments and advice are greatly appreciated!

Thanks guys!

p.s. I didnt know where to place this thread, sorry if its in the wrong spot!

Just being straight with you, based on what you have shared, I wouldn't even risk growing anything until a secure location can be found. Obviously, making the location harder serves you little purpose and since you are medically cleared there is no sense taking risks and doing anything illegal. What might be best for you to get your hand dirty and learn something in the process is find a co-op garden to volunteer in or talk with local dispensaries depending on your State and see if anyone would be interested taking you on to learn during this time period rather growing yourself.

I am 30yrs old and with my family environment I grow once a year very securely, but I own my house. With kids and in-law visits I prefer I remain low key. Your age may be a huge issue with some when it comes to working in their gardens, but maturity will speak volumes in those situations. Waiting until everything feels right with your grow can be a much more positive experience for a first timer as well. No need to be trippin' and paranoid all the time over your grow location when your currently medically cleared as it is...just my thoughts!

Thanks Shaggy for the help!
By grow location, do you mean my guerilla grow spot? (I'm still a little apprehensive about growing on public land as far as the legality of it goes) And i'm completely open to volunteer growing with someones garden and learning a thing or two I think thats a great idea, do you know where I could find that kind of opportunity though? Should I post online to volunteer or just walk right into a dispensary and ask em? Thanks for the help again man, greatly appreciate it!
