need a lil help starting up

Hello everyone i need a lil help setting up i am going to be starting a small closet grow and im going to be doing just 2 plants to start i have grown befor but never inside always been outside well i moved so have to do it indoors now and i heard a cheap way to go is with some cfl lights im just wondering how many i would need and what else would i need or would you rec. For me to get any help would be nice thks

grab some 23w 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower... like 10 of each. put them all around your plants, like top sides bottom, everywhere. ventilate! get at least a 4" inline fan and make sure you keep those lights less than 2 inches from the plant.

Wow lol umm well thats couple lights more then i was told so in your op what other kind of lights would you suggest im a noob when it comesto indoor just trying to fig. Out the best cheaper setup to try and see if ilike indoor more then outdoor
