Need advice 1 plant 1 600 hps/mh

just wondering what you guys recommend on veg time and plant training. medium will be botanicare coco coir nutes will be advanced sensi and conni with additives voodoo juice big bud b52 overdrive bud candy probly some calmag during veg with the sensi with ro water. Also what size container do you guys recommend will be using smart pot I have several sizes trying to do a monster hopefully a plus zips I was thinking probly 8 weeks veg since itll be from seed also here are my choice on strains ams special queen #1 special kush #1 critical kush skunk #1 sensi thc bomb. Would appreciate any advice on this

always remember when flipping into flower the plant will stretch in size 2-sometimes 3 times the size so veg time is all on space that you have to work with..

Sounds like you've got a solid plan. I don't think I would veg 8 weeks though. Probably no more then 6

what should I shoot for max height after stretch in flower how far does a 600 hps penetrate the canopy I will most likely lst maybe top for the first time but I wanna try and avoid popcorn as much as possible maybe pruning the bottom and lolipopin would do the trick

I would say a good 8 weeks with plenty of training to turn it into a round bush about 3 feet wide flip it to flower and it should only grow up from there. You wont get massive buds but alot more medium large sized buds this way and wont end up with a 6 foot tall plant. The 600 should be good for 2.5-3 feet of top growth if lollipopped before the flip.
