Need advice on heating my room

Hello,

That's my first indoor grow. I know it’s too little space for 4 plants.
Unfortunately seeds are not feminized , I don’t want to end up with 1 or 2 males, that’s a reason I planted 4 in such a little place.

General plan is to flower them next week to find males and destroy them, I hope 1 or 2 will be females, Then I will reveg females for another 2-3 weeks.

Problem is that this setup is on my balcony, I had my lights 20/4 and plant had a problem with cold temperature, leafs was with white spots and not healthy.
Then I turned light to 24/0 and everything seems fine, except I can’t turn 12/12 because of cold.

I want to add blowing heater on top of my reflector, to heat room when lights will be turned of.
Could someone advice if this solution is appropriate?

Ok growing weed on your balcony is dumb for so many reasons that I can't even begin to fathom how you came about the idea of putting your box there in the first place. Bring that shit indoors. Current problem solved, and your very very likely future problems that will be caused by growing in such an obvious location are also solved. You're welcome.

box was already there when i bought this house.
unfortunately i can't put box inside , to little space and no hidden places at all.

if you can advice something about heater just do it.
you don't need to tell me that place i choose sucks , i know it already.

My best ratio for females from bagseeds was 1 in 5, so you better cross your fingers.

And are you growing Creeping Charlie and Dandelions too?

Get a small ceramnic space heater. The ceramic ones do not put out any light and all you have to do is tape the indicator light so they will have total darkness. I have on cause my temps were changing to much also.

Mistake planting 4 plants in one container. Roots will fight for food and if you have to chop a male the roots will rot. If you pull the stump out you risk damaging the other roots. Kinda of a lose lose...I wouldn't let them get too big before sexing....maybe you can remove the males before they get too big and tangled. If you can make it to flower, your plants are going to smell from that balcony.

i will start flowering next week

some update , plant is one month old.
only one female left.

ps next time i will grow autos 24/0 this will solve heating problem.

I got a cheap $40 ceramic heater with built in temp sensor, plugged it on it's own circuit and left it alone.
However you can't point the heat flow to a plant directly, you have to point it away and then have a small fan on the floor blowing up and one blowing down.
growing in winter sucks.
