Need advice re-potting

Hey guys I don't what to do, I have couple nice females in 15gal pots but I realized they have slowed way down on growing and I am guessing it is because they are root bound. They are about 6ft tall 3ft plus wide. I don't know because of how late it is to ride it out or to cut the bottom out and burry it a bit or?

What stage of growth are they? What do you intend to replant them in? Indoors or outdoors? Etc
