Need Advice - When to flower when performing LST?

Hello everyone, currently I have a 30 day old (from seed) plant which I have been performing LST on. She's in a Waterfarm from GH in clayton medium. She's completely flat, spread out and tied down, main shoots and side shoots so there's a nice bush going on but she's not that tall yet. She only about 6-7 inches tall, the canopy at least is at 7 inches from the medium; although if you were to untie her she would definitely be more than 12'' tall. The last time I tied her down was this last weekend so this week she's been growing vertically finally. In the middle part of the bush there's some new growth that still seems fragile and not as established (since I just laid some shoots down again and these shot up) as the rest. Some of the older tops though are beginning to have alternating nodes, signaling she's ready to flower. My question is would I have to wait for these new shoots to grow a bit more for say a week or more or can I just throw her into flower say in 2 days and let these catch up during the "stretch" period?

If anyone has any advice or insight it would be very much appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Good night RIU,

AWnox

The reason nobody has answered is you are asking for an answer to something that really can't be answered...You can flip to flower anytime ;)

Massah is correct - and you can continue to LST into flower.
I do it all the time & it works like a charm.
Yeah I was thinking LST up to the second week of flower at the most while she stretches then just let her be til harvest. Once she levels off vertically I think would be a good time to stop LST.

You'll know when to stop - the individual tops will quit stretching & its not necessary any more.
