Need advice

Need advice on what the plant currently needs, what problems it may look like it have. First time growing. So far it’s flowering. About 3 weeks in or so. Some leaves have already turned yellow and we’re cut off cause of how paper thin they were. Using fox farm happy frog soil. With small fox farm big bloom nutrients sprayed every other day. Dont quote me because many unknow variables like whats ph? Looks like phos to me, lack of N is dafinately at play. Should be green week 3. Probably lacking in full! Hope someone that uses those nutes chimes in!
 
I may have done a wrong amount of it mixed with distilled water, in a 3.4oz spray bottle. It Could be too much nutrients? And lack of consistency. Using a 2 Gallon fabric pot. I need to pick up a ph meter. The cheapo Vivosun meter stopped working.

I use litmus liquid again, will never buy a cheap ph meter twice, liquid is very accurate.
 
A cups worth isn't going to go very deep. You may want to try to water with more quantity, but less often. Maybe ramp up across a week from a cup to a few to a liter or more along the way.

I only water every 3-4 days (my soil is a bit too dense)...but I do it closer to a gallon at a time (I'm in about 4 gallons of soil), until I get runoff by about 15-20% then I don't touch it until when I dig in with a finger it's dry down past an inch (more like 2+).

Leaf-stems drooping with the leaves is underwatering. Leaf stems pointing up while the leaves droop is overwatering.

Increased today with the watering. You ever put ice cubes in the morning and let it melt later during the day when temperature rises? Just wondering. Someone told me they do this technique before they head to work. Then come back and water again. Been helping with feeding during the hot days when at work.

No, I want the water to be as close to the room/substrate temperature as possible, and not 'close to freezing'. After I water, I refill my one gallon jugs right off so they can sit and warm up and be ready for my next feed/water. Means that they're in the same 70-75 range and close to the plants' temp. I use well water so it's COLD out of the ground, so warming is a good thing. It's also what I do with all our house plants, etc.
 
Also, eventually you'll want to water to runoff...or your soil will build up with excess nutrients and that causes trouble for your plants as that will lockout their ability to take up what you're trying to feed them. I recently had one of mine do that and after flushing with a good amount of water (5 gallons, one plant) it's come back to normal.

Oooh really? I did not know that. Think doing that could help this little plant out? Is could that be the reason for the yellowing leaves. So building up through out the week giving her more water will help her acclimate to the new amount. Makes sense about keeping warm water temps. Considering the seeds needed warmth to tap. maybe I’m smoking a lil too much. Thank you for the knowledge
 
At this point this plant probably isn't going to be a 'contender'...but it's a great way to learn what not to do and what to do. The link that @Budzbuddha posted is a great place to start. Their tutorials are good though there's also a bit of bro-ism going on too. In fact, I had a professional friend of mine suggest that site when I went to him for help getting up and running.

So read up on watering technique. Read up on soil/water pH and TDS/PPM/EC to make sure you're watering and feeding correctly. Read up on pretty much anything you're unsure of and most of the things you're sure of. Use that as a jumping off point and not a final destination. When you hit something interesting, do a bit more searching elsewhere and you'll find info.

Start by getting the watering situation under control before you lose the last of your fan-leaves. ;)
