Need advise on closet grow

This is my first time, I started out with a bag seed and put it in some damp paper towels. 3 days later I had a root almost an inch long, it's now in a 12oz plastic with organic miracle grow medium that I moistened before.

I've put holes for drainage and have 1, 100w CFL with the "full color spectrum". This babies in my closet now, if anyone has any tips about soil choice, when to start nutrients, or anything to add would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
