Need all the help I can get...

Well I'm planning to do my first grow sometime soon...
I know most of what I need to get, but I am overwhelmed by a couple of things.

I'm going to make a speaker grow box, and grow some Ak-48 from Nirvana Seeds.
But what lights are best to use? Not too expensive either. I found a really good grow on here done by Abnjm, but he used a light that is around $200 dollars and I can't really afford that.

What other lights would be best to use?
I also want to use LST with the plant, will that still work with not that much horizontal space but lots of vertical space?

If I go down to my local grow shop and buy some flowering and veg solution will that be just as good as the name brand stuff?
Sorry to ask so many questions, but I've been doing a lot of research and would also like some opinions on the matter.

Alright fine, I just need suggestions for lights, cheap options.
What's worked for you?

if your growing in a speaker deff. go with CFL's- compact flouros or the spiral lights.
how many plants do you want to grow? you usually want 50-100w per plant.
6500K(blueish color) for vegging and 2700k(reddish color) for flowering.

ya man those 125watts will work perfect. and yes get both the 2700k and the 6500k and let me know when you get you grow going. i wanna see what those lights can do for 1 plant.
