need cfl experience

I just finished a grow from clons and felt like I wasnt getting good clones and your crop is only as good asyour starter clones, any way I dicided to start this grow from seed, So orderd some kik as strains. They have all germinated and i wont to use 85 watt cfl equal to 300 watt incondescent ligt, Can I use this for 8 seedling till my flower room is open. I have some 60 watt = 100 incandesnt i can throw in, Let me know whats your thoughts are?

the real problem with cfl's and seedlings is they will stretch to the point of almost touching them you really need a light right over the little buggers... or a good reflection setup, too keep the seedlings from just shooting up until they fall over.
I killed my entire first run like that...
