Need criticism! Help!

Hello I am a new grower and starting out with one plant. I am creating this thread because I need help and advice with my grow, but to also help others who are in the same boat as me. My goal is to get around an Ounce at least but aiming for 2Oz's(+). I am shooting for quality/quantity. I have done lots of research and reading and realized growing marijuana really interests me. While you are reading this, please note that If you think I have not provided enough information, I have taken lots of pics because that is how I am able to fully understand something. Now to get to it, I am doing a small grow in my closet in a rubbermaid hard plastic storage box. I re-wired my old computer/monitor fans and Placed them in my box(1 blowing air in from outside and 1 blowing air from inside the box out). I purchased a Mars 300 LED light from amazon, I drilled a hole at the top so i am able to raise and lower the height of the light with the steel cables. I am using fox farm ocean floor with a little Dolomite lime mixed in. I bought a clone in rockwool and planted it into a tall red solo cup. My fan and lights are hooked up to a extension outlet which is plugged into a Wall timer with 18 hours on and 6 hours off. I live in San Francisco and my temps are 83F(during the day with lights on) and about 60-70F(during the 8 hours of dark) My light cycle turns on at 6:00 a.m and turns of at 12:00 a.m. I placed a cup of water in my grow area for humidity and that is the water i plan to use when my soil gets dry. If anyone has questions about my grow, PLEASE ASK. But most importantly, pleas help me with my questions and I am open to all ideas and tips! thanks (PS all pictures were taken April 3rd)

-I Want to LST for space but when can I start?
-I put a picture of the dimensions of my grow room. Not to big but i need to make it work. How close should i let it get because I do not want my plants bleached ?
-Should i put mylar or any other material? I just started and just simply have not gone to the store for it.
-How big of pot should i transplant to?

Also I forgot to mention that the strain is GSC bought from http://pnpgarden.com/gsc/ and these are more pictures (taken April 3rd) because there was not enough room ^

You should be able to obtain your goal, just don't overfeed and you'll be fine. Also, dont put that led too close to the plant.

How close can I let it get? or how close should i let it get before switching to flowering stage 12/12. I am going to attempt LST

I'd put it into whatever container you can find that will fit that is about 3 gallons or so and flip it a week later. When it starts flowering it's going to stink, a lot. Gotta think about a carbon filter. DiY jobs are OK for single plant grows. Same website has examples. That light can be almost on top of the plants before it burns them. I had one and converted it to run 9 Vero 18s with MUCH more success. Threads on here about that.
