depends on how much light you gonna run but odds are that is not enough, inline fan is what your looking for and your not getting it from wallyworld.

or one of those CFM ceiling fans for bathrooms because their quiet but i would have it at the bottom near the floor instead of the ceiling so dont kno if it would work that way

400w not sufficient to flower a 5x5, i'd add light or shrink room to 3x3 max. you need a cfm that exchanges your cubic feet volume 2-3x

Don't bother with computer fans. If you arn't going with a legit inline fan get an inline duct booster fan. You don't need to go buy a transformer to run this (just strip a .99 cent extension cord) and they move a bit more air and area easier to hook to ducting...

Home depot has em for $14

If you have one moving air out then air is moving in already as well - not like you can just suck all the air out of a closet. What are your temps at now in the enclosure and outside of it?

I used inline duct booster and a pc fan like that for my closet awhile back and it didnt do enough for the temp plus way 2 noisy. I switched to a bath fan instead of booster. I think this is the one i used...worked way better. http://www.homedepot.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultView?D=945396&Ntt=945396&catalogId=10051&langId=-15&storeId=10051&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntx=mode+matchall&N=0&Ntk=P_PartNumber#BVRRWidgetID

i was thinking bout that alos because its in-line are noisy do they work even tho its not hookd up on a ceiling?

That thing looks light it would be over kill in a closet. I have a sliding door closet so I take a box fan and place it in the door.

Used several of those as well. Again a better choice than the pc fan. Go to Home Depot and browse :)

Dude i thought the same thing but i had 300 plus true watts of cfl's in there. The inline duct booster was 80 cfm with temps at 33c, the Bath Fan was 100 cfm temps down to 27 and comfy so no over kill.

I was having temp issues in my 2X3 cab with a 400. The HID lights heat your walls directly, and they heat your room up with stored heat from the light. The trick is to keep the heat from making it to the wall. I picked up a cool tube. They reduce your light intensity ever so slightly, but you can hang your light really close the plants. Run your exhaust through the tube. Bam, exhaust cooling your room and your light. I was at 32 celcius, now I'm at 25, even after a few hours.
Also, if you havn't already, put your ballast in a seperate compartment.
