Need help ammending soil please.

Getting ready to do my first coco grow. I have mother earth charged coco, perlite, coast of maine alfalfa meal, kelp meal, earthworm castings,, and fish bone meal. Not sure how much of each to put in soil. Packaging is very vague, says how to top dress but not how to pre amend soil. I'm looking for someone to just get me started so I can have I guess a base line to start from. I feel like they should have some type of table to show how much to add but nothing to help. I'm useing 5 gallon air pots, and growing an auto flower strain. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe there's a thread covering this but I didn't see it. Thank you in advance.
