I'm really confused as to whether I should defoliate/prune??? what do yall think? should I just let them go? or does it look like its too bushy/I need to trim... Im under a 400 w hps btw

Looks fine to me, trim if you feel you need to improve air flow throughout or light penetration, otherwise leave them alone.
