Need help badly. plz chime in with all the knowledge.

Hi, I have a problem not even past the first phase yet. I planted a seed in a jiffy pellet and it sprouted. I planted thtroy jiffy in my medium which is fox farms ocean forest. I did water the soil once I planted but just a little. My ph level was in good range. I have it under a cfl about 4 inches away, its not too hot. In the picture u can tell how the stem is bent, she had drooped down yesterday so I buried the stem a bit more. She started to droop the very next day again. Today I watered her and buried her a bit more for extra support. Should I just start over, what could be the problem? Is it worth to keep trying? If not what is the absolute best way? Also, the soil looks dry only because I put some soil on top after I watered to bury her a bit more. I watered her good enough though.

Try and keep it 1 - 1.5 inches away.

Oh so close.Ok will do. And also should I keep it on for 24 hours? Its on the 18- 6 now
