Need help building my grow...

For an 8x8ft tent, I have a lot of questions.

Question 1) LED lights will probably be the best for long term, I see some of you guys using a Spider Farmer light so I found this SF4000 (4x4ft) - It looks like a good light, but this means I will need 4 of them to cover an 8x8ft tent, correct? (please answer this)

Question 2) I will need odor control, would this AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6 6" + AC Infinity Air Carbon Filter XL 6" be what I need? (I assume I need both?)

Question 3) Will you list everything I'll need for a 8x8 grow tent set up so I know how much this is going to cost and so I can buy everything when ready, the lights alone seem like they'll be $1200 lol

1 approximately , yes
2 there are many choices but it would be adequate depending wether you are venting outdoors or recirculating/scrubbing
3 lowest price I’ve seen is $389 each
Again plenty of choices but SF frequently run sales but it would be atleast contact a rep and see if you can get a price break for four

1. If you want to totally fill the 8x8 yes. But I'd be tempted to leave 4x4 for working space so you can be in the tent handling and maintaining plants. In that case 3x those lights covering 3x 4x4s in your 8x8.

2.it depends on your ambient temps, do you live in a hot climate, cold climate?

I'd always go for an 8" fan and filter in that size tent and I live in a mediocre climate.

3. You will need.

Lights.
Filter , fan , ducting (acoustic preferred)
Circulation fans, clip on or pedestal or wall mounted( I like those mounted on ceiling)

Thermometers.
Various extensions .
Timers, nothing fancy if your using LED.

Medium, soil or coco with pots or hydro, gona get expensive.

Nutrients, in soil you won't need straight away , in coco you will need them a week after seeds germinate.

Ph meter. Or Ph test kit. I'd rather use drops over a cheap meter but I'd rather use a good meter if you can afford.

Tds stick or EC meter. Blue lab is great.

A wet vac is a massive bonus for cleaning up run off. Bucket company do a head that fits on a bucket.

With ducting I like to tape it on , you can use jubilee clips but they can tear ducting. Or you can get clamps .

You need to vent that hot air out or the room and preferably out if the house.

Buy good filters if it not smelling is important

You also need breaker space and dedicated breakers for that much lighting. Personally I'd only run 2 per breaker (2 circuits) which leaves some room for fans etc on each circuit. Or dedicate them and run a 3rd for you're misc stuff eg fans, carbon filter small heater or dehumidifier. (The last 2 can draw some serious amps so always check before you plug). A safe bet is to only run 80% power load on each circuit so a 15amp breaker can handle around 12amps max to be on the safer side of the load. I do my own wiring. It's generally simple, unless you're getting into 240v, subpanels, relay switch's etc.
Growing weed is a constant battle, always having to figure things out in your personal space to try to achieve optimal environment. It's hard to say just buy this it'll cost $xxxx.xx because you'll end up needing more stuff along the way. Too humid? Need dehumidifier. To dry? Need humidifier. Then need controller to operate to specific parameters. See what I mean? Lol. It's like owning a used boat, you'll constantly dump money into it until it's all figured out and you have 1000 parts you don't need and 10 you do.
