Need help diagnosing plant problem

Hello,

First post of a NOOB, so bear with me. I have a plant which I received as a clone from a friend, no idea of the strain. Has been growing in potting soil with vermiculite and sand/rocks at the bottom for drainage. Was grown indoors until June, when it started to flower, so I put it outdoors to bring it back to veg. Has browned and lots of leaves including some around the buds that had formed have died off. Pics are attached, I believe it has returned to veg, as new tops have started to pop up. Water until I see runoff, then wait till the pot is light, usually every 3-4 days. Has been brought inside alot this summer as the rain has been non-stop. I have perused the threads for diagnosing, and nothing looks exactly like mine.
Any helpful hints are appreciated, thanks in advance and be well.

that plant is burnt to fuck, plus never put sand in ur medium, mj dont like sand, use potting stone for drainage ok m8. good luck

p.s cut back on the ferts then build back up slowly

What a crock of shit, there is nothing wrong with sand as long as it's not from the beach.
Builders or river sand are good for drainage.
I see female flowers, not male ones.
Also looks like you have a bug problem from the leaf damage, I think I see a few bugs in the photo too.
The unusual looking foliage is from the re-veg and normal.
Also check your PH, could be the start of nute lock out which can look like nute burn.
If in doubt about the nutes give it a good flush (3 x pot size) with PH 6.5 - 7 water, then start nutes again at 1/4 strtength.

actualy where im from sand can contain lime wich is not good!!!!!!!!!!

potting stone, 40%perlite 60%soil mix is ample enough for good drainage, about the pics, i couldnt see them plus i mist the part that hed re-vegged the plant, my appologies

OK, what I see there firstly is essentially a reveg (you said it went outdoors after it started to flower indoors). With any reveg you will see that distinctive 'dying off' of the older growth as new growth develops. I can clearly see the new growth plus whats left of the old growth. Was she given to you as a harvested plant to reveg or a flowering clone/plant? Anyway, I have no doubt from years of revegging experience thats whats happening there. You can see the new growth (single blades, non serrated edges) and old growth with trichs gradually withering.

The problem is probably build up of 'flowering' nutes in the medium. What can heppen when you have such a build up is you start watering plain water and those nutes are suddenly released and taken up by the plant causing that distinctive 'burn', thats what I see as I have experienced it myself in the past!

Key is to focus on the new growth, so long as it comes back green and healthy you are fine, the old stuff will eventually wither away.

As said above, check PH too.

Thanks to all who gave their insight. I have checked the PH and it is 6.0 or a slight bit higher <6.5, which is okay, right?

So, as I read your posts, I should just flush it and keep watering it plain, without nutrients until the dying off/ browning subsides? thank you, I too have noticed the new growth, and it looks like it will make it, though won't be as nice as it could have been if I had not let it start flowering.
