Need Help - extremely slow growth with seedling

Hey guys, really struggling with this grow
its my first grow. I'm doing it indoors in a 2x2x4 grow space

light -using 1 x 130watt cfl and 3 x 23 watt cfls
grow medium - growing in organic soil with organic tomato fertilzer
temps - between 65F and 75F
watering schedule - whenever top inch of soil is dry - so far every 3 days
plant stage - seedling

its been nearly 21 days and the plant is growing super slowly, recently it spiked with 2 new leaves every day but they're still pretty small and not fanning out
I've been experimenting with different light distances as one of them was showing signs of light stress but that hasnt seemed to fix the growing issue.

so far using distilled water to water as hard water wasnt doing the trick
plants have suffered nute burn from my attempt to use fertilizer to speed up growth so i flushed them recently with distilled water

is there anything anyone can recommend for me to help them out?

im no expert but i can see the tips of the leaves are a yellowis bronzish color could be a case of nute burn are you using nutes at this stage?

yeh, i used a general plant fertilizer 2.6n 0.4p 1.6k 0.4ca and 0.6 sulfer
only done 2 waters with it though in the 21 days
one in the first week and one a couple of days ago
both times ended in nute burn, so i'm buying gh flora nova

I would tone back the nuet's even at full bloom I don't use full recommended amounts till 3 weeks before harvest and even then only for 1 week. looks like a lot of water there. You really need to regulate your watering with those cfl's they don't produce enough heat to evaporate it and your plants can't grow fast enough on cfl to absorb it so they drown. Keep 1 gal mixed, grab a small cup and use just enough so they absorb it in 14 hours get those 2 things down right and I think you would have great looking plants.

Man, did you give a full strength feeding? And you fed it during the first week? At 21 days I can feed a plant, not full strength, but have it respond. Besides the nite issue, I'm pretty much guarantying you over watered. Are you checking pH as well? Adding nutes to distilled will drop the pH hard. What I do is feed a little Calmag with my RO water, and AN's B-52, which is gentle but I'm in soilless and don't want it to starve, and get the Bennie's feeding on the kelp. You said you have organic soil. If that soil is decent, you shouldn't need to feed at all until the plant is bigger. If u used it straight out of the bag, that makes the chances of overwatering even greater. If u use that stuff, you probably want to cut it with perlite for drainage and oxygen. Good luck, hate to be harsh, but I'd plant more seeds. You can ride those out for kicks, but take what you are learning and try again.

thanks guys, appreciate the advice, would it be worth letting the soil return to a decent level of dryness and then doing a transplant to a similar soil mix but with added perlite?
