need help germanating

need help just germnateing 3 seeds i first put them in paper towel on a plate and moved them to a cup with water and a paper towel over the top some touching the water with the seed in the water should be fine besides that i moved it first time growen any tips ?

cant understand what your doing ,

Dude just put them between two paper towls in a warm dark place and thats it, i have no idea what you are trying to accomplish or even explain....
