need help I got a 8 inch raptor hood can I reduce it down to 6 inch

Hey I got a question I just got a 8 inch raptor hood can I get some reducers and use a 6 inch fan and ducting or should I just stick with the 8 inch I just trying so save a little money ill be running a 1000 watt

Yea I got 2 for 150 bucks I couldn't pass it up haven't used them yet but they they look bad ass their monsters ive been tryin so sell the other one no one wants it or expects it to come with ballast for 130$

I've read they are good for shorter plants over a broad area. Is that what you're going for?

man, w/e you do, don't google image search the term raptor porn. thought i'd be funny and post a pix, but think i'll pass after seeing some of them.. holy bejesus, there are some freaks out there..

Niiiice !!! I like how you can pull the light up almost flush with the top of the tent. I've been trying to figure out how I can get a few more inches in height to allow for growth. I like your idea.

Tent is 4x8 x7
Sorry it took so long to respond. Check out my grow. Little more specific in threads. I ended up replacing the wratchets with snap clips to get an additional 8 inches
