Need Help ... Maybe

Hi, i started a small stealth grow in a cabinet, and i started the plants about two weeks ago, and i was wondering if they had gotten rootbound and stunted their growth? ... there about 4 inches tall, but have 5 leaf formations, i have 12 Daylight CFL 6500k's that p ut off 1200 lumens a piece, so idk if its just that i didnt transplant quick enough or ...? ne suggestions

Cant tell if they are rootbound without either a picture or knowing the size pot its in
