I'm not seeing anything that definitively says male parts. I see bracts and leaves yet to unfold. Just keep an eye on her if she makes you suspicious.

Hi RainDog cheers for the response, my main concern was we’re you normally get a single bract with 1 or 2 white pistils on the node spacing I’ve never seen like extra growth if that makes sense, especially with that amount of pistils coming out of a single bract, I have marked a few concerned plants and will keep all updated with photos in the coming weeks, hopefully it’s just the stoner mind thinking wtf but it just don’t look right lol, I’ve got zkittlez x London pound cake in the room everything looks sweet this is sunset sherbet x hi octane I’ve run her loads and been fine, I suppose time will tell white hairs are a good thing don’t just want to see the dreaded pollen sacs

Hi HotRodHarley hopefully “she” stays that way everything is looking good apart from the odd funny looking bract, thanks for the reply man much appreciated, also has anyone had 2-3 bracts on a node before ? Or just one ?
I’ve never paid that kind of attention honestly. With a lot of plants to take care of a quick check for balls regularly is the closest I look. No balls and I’m happy.

Todays update,

checking plants all over again and found same thing looks like a sac but within a few days some have pistils coming out just about to start week 3 of 12/12, first photos is what I’ve left on the plant going to see if any pistils come out in next few days.

That is a FEMALE CALYX - nothing to see here carry on.

Checked plants again today and some of the bracts have the little green things growing out will they grow out to be pistils ? I pulled a few off the bracts off on the main stem all have pistils coming out but I’m not sure about the green things inside ? Cheers

So todays update, it’s been around a week since I last posted, the areas which was “ a female calyx” actually turned out to be pollen sacs, they looked like a normal calyx with white pistils then on opening up there was green nanners inside, I’ve since plucked a few off each plant not many but a few now starting week 4 flower seen the odd sac appear going to hit them with optic foliar switch heard good things about this so will let all know the results when it’s down eg if seeded or not and if the optic foliar switch worked. Cheers

Also to add I think I had my led lights too high (720w) and too close to the canopy, and overfed for around a week 2.0ec meant to be 1.6-1.8 ec checked for light leaks for around 20-30 min in the dark nothing so good on that side

Hit them with this today will update in a weeks time see if any more sacs or nanners appear
