So, I made 3 clones last night and put a fan in for ventilation. I used Schultz Take Root cloning powder, used a razor blade to cut them, soaked them in water pre-hormorne, then I put them under small clear plastic containers filled with water and holes in them for air. I had two 42 watt CFLs about 4-5 inches away from them and a fan with holes at the bottom of the container that holds both pots together for circulation. They are ALL wiltining now. What should I do? Another problem I see that is reoccuring is that the domes I use and the soil gets really dry REALLY quick. Is this normal? or due to the fan and the CFLs. Please help, I want to clone this mother. :-(

How close should the lights be as well?? I actually noticed that they are like 7-8 inches. Is this too far with a plastic container over them?

I thought clones did best 18"-24" from lights.
That's how I do it?
Yes, it's probably the fan and the light being much too close/warm.

I'm using very low light, and adjusting the plastic bin (using a plastic bin turned upside down as a dome) or opening it occasionally to control humidity. They also get misted several times a day.
