Need help reviving my plant..

I started growing a plant about two weeks ago and it finally sprouted four days ago but as of yesterday it was wilted. I think that i wasn't watering it enough so i watered it yesterday pretty good and it started to get stronger but it isnt getting back to normal. Any help would be great.

ive had good luck with a few drops of super thrive for plant recovery (or it could be the placebo effect)

i have it in a 4 inch high pot, how often should i water it? also, while it is still wilted should i keep light on or off of it. i've had the light off of it since its been wilted but im not sure what it needs.

You should keep the light on it. What kind of light is it? T5 floros work really well for that stage of plant life. Whatever light it is make sure it does not get to hot!!! Also, a little mist and a dome to control humidity would probably help. The young like their humidity. Good Luck

What do you recommend for a dome control? i'm using a 75 watt light bulb...
