Need help whit answering a few questions need sum more inputs

Anyways I switched my lights to 12 12 about 2 weeks ago now but I'm starting to realize I've made a mistake like I think I should be just flipping the lights now what does anybody think is this gonna hurt my yield and can my colas still be 12 inches tall

I'd run that. Use it as a learning experience for the next grow-there's always another...

Yeah true that but do you think I'm still gonna get a decent yield

Yeah man for sure but now I'm thinking I should of made my net like 3,4 inches down closer to the meidum lol anyways nextime like you said
