Need help with 2 600W grow

Hello Everyone,

I recently bought 2 600W HPS/MH Lighting systems (Air cooled hoods). My grow area will be 48"x96"84".

My big question is:

How many plants can I grow under these lights without having to worry about over crowding?

I plan on going SCROG or LST.

I am almost ready to start this grow. Any bit of advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Well it's all about trail and error for your first couple of go arounds... but I know someone that has done 32 s o g in a 4x4 tray and get's two elbows off a 1000w hps so you have a 4x8 foot space so you can do 64 by his method sog style hope that may help
