Currently I have 5 bagseed plants growing about 1week old in fox farm ocean forest with 23 watt CFLs and fluorescent light and a small fan for air rotation and to strengthen stems. I used Mylar blankets on the walls.
Need help with grow set-up and some tips

U need some air flow and forget the tin foil use flat white paint

U need a bigger fan one in and one out and build a shelf dont put em on that nast wood or floor u need a really clean area

I put the wood 2x4s in the bottom and I have an exhaust fan on the unseen wall but I just was interested in the things I could to better any advice would help also I have them in 2liter bottles since I'm switching to flowering at 1month old will the be big enough

Gunnar&Carey is spot on.
Lose the Mylar.
Flat white paint is slightly more reflective. but still, MORE reflective. I had some nasty refocusing of light that burned a couple of my ladies using the mylar. If you're doing a room-within-a-room, try Orca film, or Panda film. Black on one side, white on the other. Works great!
About your lighting,
That one big ol' T8 monster you have there is PLENTY for those li''l pups. Hang it so the bulbs are like 4 inches away from the tops of the plants. Get some of those ratcheting light hangers and raise the light when the plants get taller. at one month old they'll be mature enough to bud up. with Bag seed though you're likely looking at Hermaphrodite seeds. Read up on sexing your plants.
and WATCH CAREFULLY FOR MALES!! they are evil. and should be killed.
Lastly.... those pots are a little on the huge side for such little beasties. but they're in, so leave 'em. aim to water and feed right at the base of the plant.
With FF Ocean Grow be careful NOT to over feed. Ocean Grow is SO delicious out of the bag, it;'s easy to lock up the Nitrogen by adding more nutes. Feed lightly maybe once a week till they're a bit beefier. But if you do it right you can call your homegrow "O.G. Holeinthewall"
Keep going, keep us posted.
Remember... It will grow without you messing with it too much because after all, it IS a WEED.

Thank you very much Marty the reason I have Mylar is because there is no walls just 2x4 studs so stapled that to it and I'm prepared for males that's why I have 5 in such a small area this is my first grow ever so just practicing with the bagseed and this cubbie in the wall is 2x2x4 so it's hard to make it a perfect space 3of them have their first real 3point leaves out no so I'm taking it that's good for a week and a half? Also what would be the best nutes I can add over time with this soil? This is a real hole in the wall literally lol but thanks again Marty!!!

Also You said the t8 as in the single fluorescent.? Should I take out the CFLs and wait till I switch to flowering? I do not know what wattage it is I bought tht at a second hand shop for $2great deal I thought
