Need help with Grow tent setup. First time grower!

Hi All,
I am a first time grower and I am looking to purchase a grow tent setup. Here is a list of things I have looked into getting.

78"x36"x36"-grow tent
6inch airduct intake fan 240 CFM
humidity monitor
6inch airduct exaust fan with carbon filter 440 CFM
speed controller for exaust fan
heating/cooling thermostat outlet for intake fan

I already have a 150w HPS grow light because I have been growing purple kush in my bathroom but it's too much of a hassle cuz of lighting schedule and stuff like that when I need to use the bathroom, sometimes I can't use the lights. I'm using soil, miracle grow moister control and technaflora recipe for success nutrients.

My question is what more do I need? or what on that list do I not need? I only want to grow one plant at a time but a really good size one. For the next grow I want to get 125w CFL light to Veg cuz I need to save on energy bill, is this a good light to use?. Then use the 150w HPS light to Flower. If you need more info let me know. I really appreciate the help in advanced.

Also, look at the thread on LST...page 11. 1 plant using LST will give you a very good yield...may need a bit more than 1 150 HPS.

Would using a 125w CFL and a 150HPS work for flower? My purple kush has grown extravagently with the hps light over a foot and a half tall very nice green leaves too very big in size bigger than my hand., I just started flowering not too long ago. last monday to be exact.
