Need help with lst. Pics needed.

I'm not even close to ready to lst my plants yet, but I'm the kind of guy who likes to study and research things well in advance of actually needing the info.

I'd love it if somebody could post pictures of how to lst the plant. What I need to see is the first lst as well as how subsequent lst's are done. I'm more of a visual learner so just telling me to bend it over and tie it down isn't helpful. A video would be even more helpful but I'm not picky.

Thanks in advance for any help I get.

another easy way to do the starting lst is just move your light like 2 feet away and on the side also put a fan in the room to make sure your plant is strong enought to support the lst

That scrog method you mention looks interesting but doesn't look like it keeps the height of the plant down which is something I have to think about. I have limited space up and down for my plants to grow so lst is a great way to keep the height down.

Thanks for the first link especially. That had the perfect instructions along with a great illustration. +rep for you.
