need help with my big buddha

my big buddha seeds have sprouted and i have a 75w uv light on it and it is on my kitchen side but i wiil be putting it in a disenfectant wardrobe with reflector stuff in it and a 400w hps i am only doing one plant and its my first time growing as you have probably noticed im on a very cheap budget and i want a easy step by step method on how to grow and a way im gonna get good smoke
