Need help with nutrition NPK

Sup guys.
I'm looking for help with NPK all the way from the Middle East.

We don't have different brands of nutritions like you do , all I have found is just one brand with this NPK:
Veg: 10-4-7
Flowering : 4-4-10

You guys think this will work with my first indoor grow ?
Also can I use bottle water for soil , the label of water says it has PH 7.2. Other bottle has PH 6.5 to 8.5. They included cal-mag as well.
Which one you think would be best for my first grow ?

Guys help would be appreciated it very much. I have no one around me to ask cuz no one tried to grow , so I said I can make it by your help.

Bro I wanted to ask. I don't trust our tap water, so I'm thinking to buy bottle water from the market. Some of them have cal and magnesium included, with PH 6 and PH 7.2. Do you think I can use these bottle water instead of tap water?
Do you think I still need to add cal-mag sapartly ? Or the water mixed with cal- mag will do?

You will need to buy a pH pen to measure and adjust pH to somewhere between 5.5, and 5.8, as you go above this, the plant can no longer absorb the majority of minerals.

You can probably order some nutrients from e-bay. You seem a little short on P for early rooting and the beginning weeks of flowering. There are dry powder kits you can buy and just mix as you go along.

You need nitrate nitrogen if its going to be soiless or hydro, yours seem fine if your using a good organic soil to break down the urea nitrogen and stuff but i would sway away from them if your in promix or coco.

NPK is only half the story for nitrogen, nitrate vs ammonia vs urea nitrogen is the rest., in soil your nitrogen will give you your ph to an extent. All good stuff but most ferts work fine in a good soil so if thats what you have you should be grand.

Id fuck the water off though, all written in terrorist as far as i can see

So I will use tap water for soil , will not add anything in the soil for 3 weeks, unless I see unhealthy leaves. I just bought a bag of soil , please look at the pic it has all the nuts and ph. Please Let me know if this soil isgood to go.
