Many options and all will work.
You would want more than 2x 315cmh, better with double ended. Or 2 315s per 4x4 in same hood.
2x 600w hps will work but is a bit on the weak side.
2x1000w hps will smash it if you can control the heat, shouldn't be too hard.
LED you want anywhere from 30-50w per square foot , most using the lower end these days and you want to make sure they are efficient white LEDs.
Timber, horticultural lighting group, cutter.au, bcblondes, ChilLED, PLC , diyleduk… Are a few names to look at depending on where in the world you are.
You want to consider your climate too. For some LED might be the best choice and for others HID would be . We all have different climates and grow room conditions so what's good for the goose isn't always what's good for the gander.
Same applies for budget.
