Do they use nuclear waste water for your water supply? I wouldn't drink that if I were you... At 1 EC out of the tap how would you even add plant nutrients?

City. If it was his well the city wouldn't have a report on it

Depends, that's why I asked. It just said report for my local tap water. At the cottage the neighbor get's his tested by the city every year, it's free, and he uses a well.
