need help

hey everyone

i just have a question or two about these lights im thinking about using sylvania 40w 2600k lumens per bulb and im going to have 3 or 4 of them for 2 or 3 plants in a closet grow
would this work or no?

and could i flower my plants with them because im kinda thinkin i cant ?

The lumens is the amount of light the bulb puts out. The "k" kalvin, is the spectrum of light your using. A rule of thumb is 6500k for veg and 2700k for flowering or a mix of both.. The lumens are again the amount of light that is put off..

TO answer you question, yes 4 bulbs would work. You could get a decent yield off of about 100 watts per plant.. Check out the cfl section and there's more information about the lights..
