could leaving your plant in the veg stage to long be bad for your plant or could you leave it in the veg stage until you feel its the tight size? +rep for who can help

I have had a couple mom's I kept for 5 years, you won't harm them keeping them in Veg. Lot's of people keep mom's for long times and clone from them.

Yea just keep them healthy and you can veg for a long while...
