Need help

So i have a small clone of permafrost that i got from a friend he said i needed to transplant it soon cause it was in a small pot so i transplanted it into a bigger pot was very gentle about it some of the leafs are drooping slightly i have it in fox farms ocean forest soil and i have some verde fire grow that i wasnt sure if i should use yet or not please give me some assistence

did you water it in good when you xplanted?

transplants can cause drooping for a day or two sometimes shouldnt be a big issue. as long as the clone was well rooted it should thrive in ocean forest.

Yes i watered it until a small puddle leaked out.the bottom what about that fire grow should i add that or am i ok

Yoiu need to pick up a gro bible or order one online..... In the meantime find another container the same size ... put dirt in it and dont water. When the one with the clone in it is about the same weight as the one with just unwatered dirt you should water. You did stress them a little in the move and thats okay they should bounce back in just a cpl days. If you overwater at this point however the plant will die. Stress and overwatering are too much for a plant to handle. The number one mistake of a new grower is overwatering. If you just did it Id venture to guess it will be 5 to 8 days until its needed again. When little weed has a very uptake. When full size you could be watering as much as every day in coco or everyother in soil. Just remember that water to a plant is important to have but not too much. i generally go by this rule with my plants. half gallon apiece once they are 10 inches ... up to about 15" then its 3/4. the amounts increase depending onyour findings.... i.e. I gave my plant 3/4 gallon and it was ready in 36 hours instead of 48..... time to turn it up to a gallon. Get a book though. theres a cpl grow bibles.... i like Ed Greens personally.

for small pots up to 3g its very easy to lift it and tell if its light and needs watering. when you go to 5g or 7g it can be a little more tricky to get used to the weight but you will get the hang of it. you can buy one of those probe moisture meters that are cheap and they work rather well if your still guessing. the top of the pot will look completly dried out before you even think about watering. then you still may not need to water depending on how moist it is under the surface.

when i transfer from solo cup to 3g i usually wait about 6-7 days before i need to water again because they dont have roots to drink all that water.
